CHRISTOPHER FULKERSON WILL PRESENT TWO PERFORMANCES OF A PROGRAM OF HIS MUSIC in San Francisco on Saturday, May 9, 2009, at the Presidio Chapel, at 8:00 PM; and on Sunday, May 10, 2009, at 4:00 p.m., at Old First Concerts. The Presidio Chapel is located just up the hill on Fisher Loop in the historic Presidio of San Francisco. Old First Concerts is located at Old First Presbyterian Church on the southeast corner of Van Ness and Sacramento Streets in the City. See below for links to these locations' websites and maps.
Dr. Fulkerson will conduct a men's vocal ensemble and a choir, and will present computer realizations of two of his orchestral works, played over loudspeakers.
Bay Area favorite Thalia Moore, Assistant Principal Cellist of the San Francisco Opera, will be the featured cello soloist. Mike Halloran Music will oversee the sound.
